Welcome to AI Image/Video Editor, the software and official website (collectively, the "Service") provided by BELLCOL INC. ("we," "us," or "BELLCOL").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use or immediately discontinue use of the Service.
2. Service Description & Changes
The Service is an intelligent multimedia processing tool that uses advanced AI algorithms to provide old photo restoration, anime upscaling, video quality enhancement, low-light denoising, and more.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, interrupt, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses to you or any third party resulting from such modifications, suspensions, or terminations.
3. User Conduct
When using the Service, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, process, store, or distribute content that violates laws, threatens national security, disrupts social stability, or is defamatory, obscene, or violent.
- Upload or process media that infringes any third party's intellectual property (copyright, trademark, patent) or privacy rights.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
- Use automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts, etc.) to maliciously access or disrupt the normal operation of the Service.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership: You retain full intellectual property rights and ownership of all media (images, videos, etc.) you upload and process through the Service. We do not claim ownership of any of your content.
- Service License: To provide multimedia processing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free temporary license to use, transmit, and process your content solely as necessary to process it. After processing, such content is destroyed per our Privacy Policy.
- BELLCOL IP: All software, code, UI design, brand logos, algorithms, technology, and documentation in the Service are owned by BELLCOL INC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "As Is" and "As Available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and perfection of AI processing results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service, nor that processed quality will always meet your expectations.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or device damage) arising from use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BELLCOL INC. is registered. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts in our jurisdiction.
8. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Our failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
