When you use our AI restoration, lossless upscaling, video enhancement, and other core features, you may grant us access to media files on your device or upload images/videos directly.
- On-Device Mode: All AI algorithms run locally on your device. Your images and videos are never uploaded to our servers, and we do not collect any such media.
- Cloud Acceleration Mode: Your media is uploaded via HTTPS encryption to our secure cloud GPU cluster for processing. We promise: this media is used only for immediate AI processing, physically destroyed within 24 hours after completion, never retained, and never used for AI model training.
2.2 Device & Log Information
To ensure stable service operation and troubleshoot compatibility issues, we may collect your device model, OS version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android ID), crash logs, and IP address.
2.3 Contact & Feedback Information
When you contact us via the website contact form or support email, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This information is used solely to provide customer support and answer your inquiries.
3. How We Store and Protect Your Information
- Retention Period: We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services. Cloud-processed media is physically deleted within 24 hours after processing. Contact emails and messages are archived or deleted after your request is resolved.
- Security Measures: We employ industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, encrypted data storage, and strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of your personal information.
